1.Journeyperson Lineperson​
​
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Lineperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various technical skills related to line work and possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and safety regulations. Must possess and have a valid CDL.
## Duties
- Operate bucket trucks for line work tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints for line installations
- Perform field service duties in construction sites
- Utilize voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical testing
- Climb poles and towers to access lines for maintenance and repairs
## Skills
- Proficiency in bucket operation for elevated line work
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure to support modern line systems
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience with bucket truck operations for line maintenance
- Competency in using voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics
- Strong field service capabilities in construction environments
- Physical ability to climb poles and towers for line access
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Pay Range: Salaried $48,000 to $58,000

As our office assistant, you would play a crucial role in supporting our teams who are delivering high quality projects to our customers. This role requires a strong team mindset, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of human resources and accounting practices. Roles & Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the Office Manager

Answers inbound communication from employees, customers and greet customers visiting the office.

Handles various human resource responsibilities including new hire paperwork, employee benefits, drug tests, PTO/Sick leave, disciplinary action, state licensing research, and insurance policies.

Manage equipment mileage tracking and maintenance logs.
-
Track job progression, ensure time sheets are in and daily equipment use is tracked.

Support safety requirements by setting up CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10 and OSHA 50 classes.

Maintain insurance and registration of vehicles are current and vehicles have copies in the unit.

Complete contracts for new customers and contractors.

Assist accounting with AP by entering in daily bills, processing weekly payments, and processing 1099s.

Support owner marketing efforts as needed: Website, Social Media, Photos, Radio, etc.

Order supplies as needed.

Track rubber goods testing.

Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a client facing role desired

Background in accounting and QuickBooks preferred
-
Background in human resources preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
