As a general laborer within our team, you would play a crucial role in delivering high quality projects to our customers. Roles & Responsibilities:

This position reports directly to the Foreman/General Foreman

Arrive on time and be prepared for each workday.

Communicate clearly with the foreman, other crews, and other crew members.

Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks on time and to a high quality.

Follow all safety requirements and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain site organization by picking-up and putting away tools, keeping a clean tool chest and truck, and securing materials in case of poor weather.

Manage receipts promptly for the accounting department.

Perform repairs on-site when necessary.

Inspect materials and machinery by checking fluids, watching for damaged materials, and ensuring all machinery is in good working order.

Double-check work quality, working safely and efficiently.

Ensure secure fastenings (e.g., tin, trim, welding rods, screws).

Continuously learn and listen – Strive for continuous improvement.

Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
-
We are looking for individuals who have a mix of the following experience: Equipment operation, Concrete work, Welding, cutting torch, Hand work, Shoveling, and use of hand tools.

Need to be able to physically lift 50 pounds

You will need to be able to drive to and from job sites.

What we consider a plus:

Previous experience in site work or steel building assembly

Willingness to travel regionally for jobs

Class A CDL

Ability to pull trailers
